Elder Justin Haigler

On any given Sunday, you will find me helping with leadership and direction with the Production team for our service. Whether it’s at the audio mixing console or sequencing graphics presentations for both on-camps and streaming worship, drawing on my nearly thirty years of live-event production and corporate audio-visual expertise. Often you will find me serving communion to the congregation with a warm welcome to newcomers, encouragement for the discouraged, or just a heart-felt prayer for someone under the weather. As an elder, I am instrumental in providing guidance and vision for Redeemer Arlington.

When not on-campus, you will find me advising clients on building equity in their real estate portfolios. As the founder and principal of a local home renovation consultancy. I earned a degree in psychology and leadership studies from Hardin-Simmons University in Abilene. As a native, life-long Texan, I am always ready to check-out a hiking trail, a lake, a scenic overlook, or a new restaurant with friends and family alike. I am a big fan of airplanes, drones, classic cars, and the Oxford Comma. More importantly, I am a husband, best friend, and Friday-night date-for-life to Meredith, LEGO assistant, bike- and kite-fixer, homework helper, and HotWheels consultant to Nate, and butler and treat-purveyor to Harley, the mischievous guard-cat.

Most importantly, I am a grateful, humble believer in Jesus Christ, marveling at His matchless grace, renewed every morning by His mercy, and blessed to be part of the growing Body of Believers at Redeemer Arlington. I am convinced that God has been at work in my whole life to not only usher me along this sanctification journey, but to cause me to recognize the places my journey has been like that of others, and how that recognition has opened up unique ministry opportunities. I consider Hebrews 12:11 (ESV among my life’s theme verses: “For the moment all discipline seems painful rather than pleasant, but later it yields the peaceful fruit of righteousness to those who have been trained by it.”
